2019 will be my year

I’m excited for this new year and a fresh start. It’s what I’ve been needing. I need to lose weight and a lot of it. I need to finish my book. I need to start taking better care of myself again. I’ve gone so downhill lately and I’ve spiraled beyond repair I believe. I know I need to try to get better. This is what this blog is about, taking care of yourself. I’ve gone through some rough times, but I’m trying to bounce back.
