Day 1: Sleep in and take your time getting out of bed.
Day 2: Take a long bubble bath and pamper yourself.
Day 3: Wash your bed sheets and take a shower before you lay in them at night. There is no better feeling.
Day 4: Do a workout. No it’s not fun, but you’ll feel better after you’ve done it.
Day 5: Sit down and write a list of things you love about yourself.
Day 6: Clean out your closet and donate the clothes you don’t want anymore.
Day 7: Plan something to look forward to.
